For orders within Australia we charge a flat rate of $10 AUD.
For all international orders our flat rate shipping cost is $30 AUD. Please note that we are not responsible for duty and taxes that may incur overseas. Shipping is not covered by insurance.
Orders will be sent within 1-2 business days of processing your order. Orders are sent during business hours between Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends will be processed on the following business day. All orders to Australian customers are shipped via Australia post.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused and in original condition/packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days.
To complete a return, the customer must first contact Esmae via email to notify us they wish to exchange or refund their order. The customer will then be emailed instructions on how to complete their return and what information to include inside the package.
Once processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. Parcels that are returned to Esmae remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them.
We recommend that you:
- Send your returns using tracking
- Retain proof of postage
All of our goods are carefully quality controlled, however sometimes production faults are accidentally missed. Esmae will refund the cost of delivery if your order is faulty. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt and follow the above instructions.
Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to reappear in your account.
